Terms & Conditions

Effective 2026-07-22. These Terms govern your use of SiteWright AI.

1. Agreement

By accessing or using SiteWright AI, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and AI Transparency Statement.

2. The Service

SiteWright AI provides meeting intelligence and project coordination for construction teams, including agenda management, recording, transcription, AI-generated summaries, action items, and commitment tracking.

3. Accounts & workspaces

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity in your workspace. Admins are responsible for provisioning and de-provisioning users.

4. Customer Data

You retain all rights to your Customer Data (meeting recordings, audio and video uploads, transcripts, AI summaries, action items, agendas, and other user-generated content). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely to provide the service.

5. AI-generated content — your responsibility

AI-generated summaries, action items, transcripts, and commitments may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated meeting notes and action items before relying on them for project decisions, contractual commitments, or field execution. AI outputs are advisory and do not replace official project documentation.

6. Recording consent

You are responsible for obtaining any consents required by law from meeting participants before recording, transcribing, or uploading audio or video. Do not use the service to record participants without their knowledge where such recording is prohibited.

7. Acceptable use

Use of the service is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy.

8. Fees

Paid plans are billed per the plan selected on the Pricing page. Free trials are limited to one project or three months, whichever occurs first.

9. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's confidential information using at least reasonable care.

10. Warranties & disclaimers

The service is provided "as is." We disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant the accuracy of AI-generated content.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the fees paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach or to protect the service. You may cancel at any time.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to SiteRep Works's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated to workspace admins.
