- Upload or record content in violation of applicable recording, wiretap, or privacy laws.
- Record meeting participants without required notice or consent.
- Upload malware, illegal content, or content that infringes intellectual property.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or bypass access controls in the service.
- Use the service to harass, threaten, or defame any person.
- Present AI-generated content as official project documentation without human review and authorization.
Meeting recording responsibilities
You must obtain any consents required by law before recording, transcribing, or uploading audio or video of meeting participants. You must respect participant requests to stop recording or to redact their contributions.
AI outputs
AI-generated transcripts, summaries, and action items are advisory. You are responsible for reviewing them and for any decisions or commitments made on their basis.
Enforcement
