Editability & audit
All AI recommendations remain editable and auditable. Manual edits to transcripts, minutes, and action items are labeled and preserved in the meeting audit trail — so any downstream reader can see whether a line came from Adam or from a human editor.
Accuracy
Speech-to-text and language-model outputs may contain errors, omissions, or misattributions. Accuracy varies with audio quality, accents, jargon, and background noise. Do not treat Adam's outputs as verbatim or complete.
Model & processing
Adam runs on the SiteRep Works AI infrastructure. Customer Data used for AI processing is handled under the Privacy Policy and Security statement. Customer Data is not used to train third-party foundation models.
