SiteWright AI runs on hardened cloud infrastructure with segregated production environments, network isolation, and continuous monitoring.
Encryption
- TLS 1.2+ for data in transit.
- Encryption at rest for stored recordings, transcripts, and Customer Data.
Access control
- Role-based access at the workspace and organization level.
- Least-privilege access for SiteRep Works personnel with full audit logging.
- Session management, MFA support, and SSO on eligible plans.
Data isolation
Each organization's data is logically isolated. Cross-workspace access is only granted through the shared SiteRep Works identity and organization model, at the organization's discretion.
Recording controls
- Host-controlled recording and pause/stop.
- Sensitive Meeting Mode disables long-term storage of raw audio.
- Clear on-screen AI-disclosure for participants.
Backups & availability
Automated backups with defined recovery objectives. Live status is published on the System Status page.
Incident response
We maintain a written incident-response plan. Confirmed incidents affecting your Customer Data will be communicated to workspace admins without undue delay.

Please report suspected vulnerabilities to legal@siterepworks.com. We do not pursue security researchers acting in good faith.
