How SiteWright AI fits into SiteRep Works
SiteRep Works is the the construction operating system. SiteWright AI is one of several workspaces that share users, organizations, projects, and Adam AI across the platform. Meeting outcomes captured here are designed to flow into scheduling, document control, field, and cost workspaces as the platform expands.
Adam AI assistance
Adam is the SiteRep Works AI assistant. Inside SiteWright AI, Adam drafts summaries, extracts SMART action items, organizes commitments under agenda topics, and flags items that need clarification. Adam is always assistive — it never replaces official project documentation, and every recommendation remains editable and auditable.
Security
SiteWright AI runs on hardened cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, and workspace-level audit logs. Host-controlled recording, sensitive-meeting mode, and clear AI disclosure are on by default. See our Security statement for details.
Data isolation
Each organization's meetings, recordings, transcripts, minutes, and commitments are isolated. Cross-workspace access is granted only through the shared SiteRep Works identity and organization model, and only where the organization enables it.
Future platform integration
Additional SiteRep Works workspaces — scheduling, document control, daily field reports, and cost — are on the roadmap. Bundling SiteWright AI with the full SiteRep Works OS unlocks cross-workspace reporting, shared Project Pulse, and unified commitments across every phase of the job.
